Surviving in the wild is not easy! Develop your hunting skills by studying animals such as elk, mule deer and moose. Once you understand their differences and are familiar with your limited animal selection, find another wolf to mate with and go on a journey together. Explore the fields and forests of Yellowstone National Park as you establish a territory and choose a den. Raise your cubs by feeding and playing with them. Protect them from deadly predators that try to kill them.

Over time, your family will outgrow the need for a den and become nomadic, where you will teach your children how to catch their own animals. By next spring, they will be a year old, and these new skills will be tested to help raise the next litter. Eventually, some will dare to leave and disperse, just as you did all those years ago.

And the cycle repeats itself, year after year, until you die. The saga of your life begins and ends when you choose whether it is just one lifetime or a series of generations.

Explore the hands-on fun at select locations in Yellowstone National Park. Set in the Northern Highlands (often called the “Serengeti of North America”), where many animals roam the prairies, sagebrush meadows, alpine forests, and high mountain peaks in WolfQuest.

But beware – you are not the only wolf in the neighborhood. Rival packs live on the edge of the earth and do not take kindly to spotted invaders. There are other dangers roaming the land – grizzly bears, cougars and coyotes among them, who will compete with you for territory and food.

Realistic Biologically Based Gameplay: WolfQuest

In order to create a realistic and accurate eco-simulation game, many aspects of the game have been adapted directly from wildlife research. Our scientific advisors include some of the best wolf biologists in the world today, helping us keep WolfQuest accurate to real wolf biology and behavior.
