BIG HOPS is a 3D platformer, action-adventure game with deep motion, new gameplay in the spider web, where you can grow vegetables to build paths to advance!

You play as Hop, a young spider kidnapped at home by a rogue ghost named Diss. He has a secret, important mission and he needs your help, but you just want to get back to your family… After some quests, a chubby old Raccoon offers to push you home if you can find some Flight Parts. In order to create your Flight, you will need to:

• Enter the Gulley Gang hideout on the edge of a large Red Desert.
• Become a Buck and save the DrillCO Rig Workers on the High Seas.
• Sneak past the Haven cultists by caving under Shattered Mountain.

Each World offers a story of its own. You’ll meet lots of people, learn the conflicts of each world, and hopefully find a way to help. Would this help be altruistic or is it really selfish to get those sweet Flight Parts? Why did Diss really grab you? What is the purpose behind the Dark Waters he always asks you to collect? And if you add it all up, will Diss really let you go home?

Mobility is king in BIG HOPS and our gear goes deep. You can swing, swim, squat, jump, wall run, free climb, swim, belly walk, tightrope walk, pole walk, hit rails, ride mine bikes and more. Everyone knows that a great platform show starts with a great actor at the helm and Hops matches it with the best.

You’ll feel inspired by Mario, Sonic Adventure, Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Hat in Time, and more. And that’s just Hop’s basic moveset – from there we’ve added a ton of froggy flavor and ways to build your own paths further.

The main mechanic in BIG HOPS is a versatile Hop spider! It’s fun, exciting, and adds a new and surprising element to this action-puzzle platformer.

Your tongue is how you interact with people. Use your tongue to pull objects around your hands, tie walls, and wiggle your tongue at ridiculous speeds.

Doors, switches, corks, pistons, flowers, slingshots, levers, and licking all go faster thanks to Hop’s tongue. You will continue to find new and interesting tongue contacts even after 10+ hours of play.

VEGGIE CREATIVITY: Big Hops

The deep opening and tongue-in-cheek gameplay give BIG HOPS a fresh flavor, but the real magic is using solid Vegetables to build your own paths through the levels.

You’ll find new types of Vegetables as you explore, each with a unique effect when thrown into the world. Let’s look at a few examples:

• Mushrooms become a gliding surface to help you overcome difficult jumps.
• Apples can grow vines along walls and ceilings to help you climb further.
• Balloons create temporary platforms and can be stacked to reach significant heights.
• Fuel balls create hook-drop points that you can hop over without losing speed.
• Chestnuts allow you to treat any spot of your own tongue.
• Cacti shoot fibers that you can use to cross large gaps.
