Bohemia – located in the heart of Europe, the region is full of culture, silver and vast palaces. The death of its beloved ruler, Emperor Charles IV, plunged the empire into the Dark Ages: war, corruption and discord in this jewel of the Holy Roman Empire eroded.
One of Charles’ sons, Wenceslaus, inherited the crown. Unlike his father, Wenceslaus was a reckless, narcissistic and ambitious king. His brother and King of Hungary, Sigismund the Red Wolf, feels a weakness for Wenceslaus. Pretending to be a benefactor, Sigismund traveled to Bohemia and burned his half-brother to the ground. Without a king on the throne, Sigismund was now free to plunder Bohemia and take its riches.
In the midst of this chaos, you are Henry, the son of a blacksmith. Your peaceful life is shattered when your village is burned to the ground by a company commanded by King Sigismund himself. By sweet luck, you were one of the few survivors of this massacre.
Without a home, family, or future, you come into the service of Mr. Radzig Kobyla, who is forming a protest movement against the coup. Fate draws you into this bloody conflict and thrusts you into a fierce civil war, where you help defend the future of Bohemia.
