Each settler is a unique character. Consider Grimbold, for example. As a swineherd, his treatment of animals is unparalleled. But his personality is fierce, so he would be a strong fighter. He loves beautiful clothes, his religion is dear to him – and he is hungry. Satisfy Grimbold’s needs, use his talents and he will become a happy settler – this is the key to a happy settlement.
