Off the battlefield, as a Mercenary Squad Leader, you will be responsible for managing all key aspects of your unit’s operations.

You will be required to maintain and purchase ‘Mechs and equipment, recruit and deploy Mech Warriors across the Inner Sphere to join the fight, and manage your relationships with the Great Houses of the Inner Sphere, all of whom are vying for your name in the greater war effort.

Of course, with every deal comes compromise, and with every victory comes consequences.
